SUMMARY:Crafters Supplies Give and Take
DESCRIPTION:The Friends of the Library sponsor an annual craft supply swap which is a free-will “donate what it’s worth to you” event. It began as an experiment in recycling – with the idea of one person’s trash becoming another person’s treasure. It worked. It was a great success. We are proud to be able to keep so many “treasures” out of the landfill and get them into the hands of creative people with the talent to make something special with them. A bonus is that it is another way we raise money to help support some of your favorite programs at the library. \nThe annual Craft Swap is typically held in the spring. Annual dates and other details will be posted to this page by the end of January of each year. Please save your donations for the next sale. \nWhat do we accept as donations of craft supplies? Good quality items\, in clean usable condition\, including fabric\, yarn\, paints\, stamping supplies\, children’s crafts and much more. \nIf you have questions or you would like to volunteer to help with the next sale\, email us at folcrafterssuppliesgandt@gmail.com
