DESCRIPTION:A Luncheon at the Halfmoon Senior Center – “Fettuccini Mio Amore” – Michael Hinrichs\, Production Chef at Skidmore College\, Saratoga Springs.” \nIn our Book of the Year\, The Lincoln Highway\, the characters share a delicious meal together.  The author\, Amor Towles\, provides a recipe for the pasta creation (dedicated to a childhood friend) on his website. Chef Michael will create that meal\, adding his creative skills and expertise to make something we’ll all enjoy.  The luncheon will include salad\, Italian bread from Perecca’s\, the main course\, Fettucine Mio Amore\, special desserts prepared by our Friends of the Library Hospitality Committee\, and coffee.  The luncheon is $20.00.  Your check made payable to Friends of the Library with April 16 Luncheon on memo line will serve as your reservation.  Checks should be mailed to Clifton Park-Halfmoon Library\, 475 Moe Road\, Clifton Park\, NY 12065.  Attention: TTOB Luncheon.
