The CPH Friends Board of Directors is pleased to welcome and introduce you to our three new board members: Kelly Tetreault, Rhoda Pickus, and Robin Bauerle.

Kelly Tetreault is currently a travel agent specializing in planning Disney, Universal, and cruise vacations. Her role requires strong attention to detail and effective communication to help clients identify the vacation option that best fits their needs. Previously, she worked in higher education in residential life, student conduct, and event planning. She especially enjoyed collaborating with her team to organize educational programs for students, such as career fairs and guest speaker events, ensuring they were both engaging and meaningful.

After moving to the area in 2017, Kelly has gradually become more involved in the community as she has grown in her career. She volunteers with Universal Preservation Hall and serves on the board of her neighborhood homeowners association. Because she frequently uses library resources, she values giving back and hopes to become more deeply involved with our work.

Rhoda Pickus offers a broad and well-rounded skill set that includes event coordination, community outreach, budget planning, problem solving and conflict resolution, organizational strategy, staff training and development, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.

Drawing on both her professional background and personal passions, she has contributed in numerous capacities across a wide range of organizations. Her leadership roles include serving on the Boards of Trustees for Temple Sinai in Saratoga and Literacy Volunteers of Saratoga County. She also led the Religious School at Temple Sinai as Educational Administrator for more than twenty years.

In addition, Rhoda has been actively involved with the United Way of the Greater Capital Region through its Allocations Committee, participated in JSEC as a steering committee chair, and chaired the Carol Hartman/BOCES Scholarship Committee. Currently, she volunteers in fundraising efforts for WAMC Radio, serves on the CAPTAIN Senior Transportation Committee and is an engaged volunteer with CPH Friends, assisting with Used Book Sales, Get Out the Vote events, and serving on the planning committee for the Crafter Supplies Give and Take program.

Robin Bauerle is also our incoming Treasurer. He brings nearly four decades of corporate finance expertise, and has held a wide range of analyst, management, and executive positions at IBM and GlobalFoundries. He retired from Global Foundries (GF) in April 2025 as Senior Director of Finance, overseeing global fab cost performance and working capital. During his tenure, he also built GF cash‑flow planning and forecasting framework, contributed to the company’s 2021 Initial Public Offering (IPO) and served as CFO for two business units.

Before joining GF, Robin spent many years at IBM, where he served as Director of Operations for the Corporate Real Estate organization, managing global planning, controls, and capital and lease commitments. Earlier roles within IBM’s Semiconductor Division included plant controller, global capital manager, cost accounting manager, and senior analyst.

Robin and his wife moved to the Town of Halfmoon in 2019 and greatly enjoy living in this area of the northeast.  He is an avid book lover and enjoys reading, hiking, traveling, music and football.  He says the Clifton Park-Halfmoon library is one of the nicest community libraries he has ever visited and expects serving on the CPH Friends Board to be a great fit for his background and interests.
