Membership donations start at $5. Memberships at $10 or above can list two members.

Step 1: Download and complete the Application.

Step 2: Make check out to the CPH Friends of the Library for the correct membership level.

Step 3: Bring application and check to the “Ask Desk” at the Library.

Membership Donations using PayPal start at $25.00 and Venmo start at $10.00.

Donate online using Venmo or PayPal. Or make check donations payable to CPH Friends of the Library and write “donation” on the message line. Drop checks in an envelope addressed to CPH Friends Membership at the “Ask a Librarian” desk or mail to CPH Friends of the Library, 475 Moe Road, Clifton Park, New York, 12065.
