We’re excited to introduce a new logo for the Friends of the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library (CPH Friends) that aligns with the CPH Library’s logo. The new logo echoes the same shape, integrating the roof line of the Library’s physical building. Using this shape shows that CPH Friends are closely tied to the Library, supporting it and the communities it serves – while still maintaining our own identity.

You may have also noticed changes to the colors we use. In the past few months, we’ve started using new, more consistent colors and icons in our newsletter and on our website. This color palette also ties closely to the Library colors to demonstrate our unity. You’ll notice these more throughout the summer as we update our logo and look across all of our pieces inside the Library.

By introducing a new look and logo, we are staying in step with the Library, its welcoming, inviting nature, and the modern, vibrant communities it serves. We want everyone to know that supporting the CPH Friends also means supporting the Library and its communities.

Each year, CPH Friends contributes to many initiatives and services that support the Library’s future through infrastructure and development. In the past two years, that’s included upgrades to the Children’s Library, the new Sensory Room, and installation of EV Charging Stations. The CPH Friends also underwrites the Museum Pass Program, provides funding to support the Library’s collections and programming, and sponsors headlining author events, including a visit by Mychal Threets this past May.

We appreciate your support as we continue to grow and evolve, while staying true to our core mission of supporting and being a bridge between the Clifton Park-Halfmoon Public Library and its surrounding communities.
